Demineralization

Demineralization, which can lead to tooth decay, root canals, and teeth implants, can’t only be blamed on your diet over the last few months or even years. Demineralization happens over time and can start as early on in life as in the womb. If your parents or grandparents were mineral deficient, if they weren’t eating the foods that support tooth health, or gut health, their deficiencies were passed down to you. And this is true for most of us. If we think back to the Great Depression, for example, people were really suffering and not getting enough to eat. The generations after were born with the same deficiencies carried through the family line. Along with mineral deficiencies, there can also be a build-up of toxins in the body that are, likewise, passed down from one generation to the next. The toxic heavy metal mercury is a perfect example of one heinous toxin that is passed through the family line and causes or contributes to hundreds of different illnesses and symptoms, including teeth problems.

Foods that are particularly problematic include coffee and dairy. The acid in coffee demineralizes teeth, even if you gave up drinking it years ago. Milk, cheese, and other dairy products contain high levels of sugar and fat which coat the teeth and cause them to rot. On the other hand, an apple, or other fruit like oranges, which often get blamed for causing cavities, actually help clean the teeth and gums. The minerals and acids in these fruits, unlike coffee, kill bacteria on the gum line. This also includes lemons and limes, which are fantastic fruits for oral health. Bacteria and viruses are the cause of many teeth, gum and mouth issues so it's critically important to starve these pathogens and kill them off with the right healing foods, herbs and supplements...

The Gut-Mouth Connection

All of us have bad bacteria in our bodies. Medical research and science don’t yet know that bacteria and viruses eat–they feed off of favored foods such as dairy, eggs, gluten and others; heavy metals; and toxins. When the bad bacteria in your gut, like streptococcus, eats rotting food that sits in your digestive tract, the bacteria releases ammonia gas, which travels to other parts of your body causing problems. When you sleep, gases creep up through the body into your mouth, giving you that morning breath you notice when you wake up. Morning breath isn’t the only effect, however. If you have any oral health issues, including cavities, they are the result of something deeper that has been happening in your body for quite some time. This means that if you have recently changed your diet to a diet you feel is healthier and you got a cavity after changing your diet, it is not the fault of your recent diet change. Cavities stem from issues inside the body from five, ten, fifteen or more years ago, or even from what you inherited in the womb and were born with.

Diets that are too high in fat and protein, whether plant-based or animal-based, cause this gut rot that the bad bacteria then can feed on. If you eat animal proteins it is important to reduce your consumption of chicken, beef, and fish to once a day instead of three times a day, and ideally to eliminate eggs and dairy altogether. If you eat a plant-based diet, it is important to reduce your oils, nuts and seeds to once a day instead of three times a day. Too much fat creates a playground for bacteria and viruses in your gut, and bacteria like streptococcus or H.pylori can flourish. Gluten is another favored food of bacteria and should be removed from your diet to help oral health. Popular diet trends might tell you to avoid fruit, but pectin from apples, for example, travels to the gut and binds to debris in the intestinal lining helping to dispel rancid fats and rotting proteins from your system. Fruit is essential for healing all kinds of chronic illnesses and symptoms, including teeth and gum issues. If you are afraid of eating fruit because of what you’ve heard from a dentist or what you’ve read, you can read my chapter on ‘Fruit Fear’ in Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal.

How Celery Juice Helps

Drinking 16 ounces or more of plain celery juice on an empty stomach every morning is one of the best weapons against teeth and gum issues. I explain exactly how to make the juice, how to consume it and answer hundreds of questions about celery juice in Medical Medium Celery Juice so you know exactly how to receive the healing benefits it can offer you.

There are many ways celery juice health oral health issues. Celery juice will help stop rancid fats from building up in the intestinal tract and prevent the ammonia gases I mentioned above from damaging your teeth and gums. It will also help turnaround bad breath.

Celery juice is loaded with a special form of vitamin C that doesn’t need to be converted by your liver. Good vitamin supplements are wonderful, and I always recommend the best ones. In fact, the right kind of vitamin C is one of the supplements I recommend for people with chronic illnesses and symptoms (you can see how much vitamin C and the other supplements I recommend for illnesses and symptoms such as bloating, brain fog, eczema, acne, diabetes, adrenal problems, energy issues and fatigue, dark under-eye circles, gout, gallstones, hepatitis, SIBO, autoimmune issues, IBS, hormonal issues, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, inflammation and more in Medical Medium Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease), So it’s important to take vitamin C, which the liver converts, but by drinking celery juice, which contains a unique form of vitamin C that doesn’t need to be converted by the liver, too, you’ll be supplying your body with the best nourishment you can. The vitamin C in celery juice instantly helps the liver and immune system and will help the supplements you take be better used by your body. The vitamin C in celery juice plus the right vitamin C supplement is great for your teeth and gums.

When your liver and stomach are weak from a poor diet plus pathogens and toxins, your stomach glands also become weak, lowering the production of hydrochloric acid in your stomach. Medical research and science believe there is only one hydrochloric acid. They aren’t aware that hydrochloric acid is actually composed of seven different acids. If one or many of the seven acids are not working well, this affects the kinds of proteins and fats you can digest and breakdown and well you do so. You may end up struggling to digest a small handful of peanuts or a thin slice of chicken. Celery juice helps restore hydrochloric acid levels and bile. You can read about how it does this in detail in Medical Medium Celery Juice. With stronger hydrochloric acid and bile, you can breakdown fats and proteins more easily and kill off bacteria and viruses. Plus, the enzymes in celery juice breakdown, digest, and assimilate nutrients that neither bile nor hydrochloric acid addresses. This is unknown by medical research and science.

One of the most powerful healing properties of celery juice is the undiscovered sodium cluster salts it contains. These sodium cluster salts, which are a special and beneficial sodium, kill off bacteria and viruses. Bacteria is responsible for gum disease and cavities and viruses and bacteria are responsible for many other teeth and gum issues. Celery juice’s sodium cluster salts also disarm toxic heavy metals, which also play a role in causing or contributing to many oral health issues. In Medical Medium Celery Juice, I also share ways that celery juice can be used as an oral therapy for different problems, including cavities, mouth ulcers, mouth sores, gum disease, cracks in the corners of the mouth, and so much more. Drinking celery juice in the way I recommend plus using it for oral therapies as directed is a very helpful tool you can use to assist healing.
